Our chef Jörg Lorenz loves the food made on the island of Rügen – fresh fish from the harbour, fruits and vegetables from the farmer next door, herbs from his own garden. That´s why our restaurant was awarded with the „Regionale Esskultur“, an award for regional cuisine .
Our specialities
From tartar of white herring to cod fillet and our home-made pepper
herring – we prepare everything with fun and passion. Of course we also
have meat and vegetarian dishes.
On sunny Summer afternoons, we´ll offer the traditional German Coffee and Cake on our patio. BBQs, fresh smoked fish and impressive cocktail hours will show you the culinary side of Rügen.
